We look forward to your participation in our COS Webinar Series.  Fulfilling the setup and facilitation requirements outlined in this document is the responsibility of each participating institution or individual.  Should you encounter any difficulty in preparing for the Webinar, please contact us at 610.989.0651 at least 24 hours before the program. 

Joining the Webinar

Here are directions for joining the Webinar on the date of your session.  It is highly recommended that you begin setup at least one hour prior to the scheduled start of the session to allow time to troubleshoot complications.

1. Verify that your computer system firewall will not block GoToWebinar.
2. Follow the registration link you received by e-mail.
3. You will receive a follow-up e-mail from gotowebinar@citrixonline.com with a Join Webinar link as well as the telephone number and access code.
4. Click on the Join Webinar link to connect to the visual portion.
5. If connecting to the audio through the integrated VoIP, ensure your speakers are set at a comfortable volume and not muted.
6. If connecting to the audio through a telephone, first select the "Telephone" option from the audio section of the dashboard. Dial the telephone number.  You will be prompted to enter the access code followed by '#'.
7. Once you have logged in, remain on the line until the webinar begins.
