Visual Support – The presentation will be accessible via an Internet connection. This connection can be any web-enabled laptop or desktop computer of your choice. High-speed Internet connections are strongly recommended though not required. Depending on the size of your intended audience, you will likely need some means of displaying the visual output of your computer. We recommend that you use a LCD projector and screen capable of displaying the visual components of the program for your audience.

Audio Support – Audio support for the presentation will be provided through a single phone connection on a toll or toll-free number, depending on your series. The audio output of the phone must be loud enough for the entire audience, whether that is a single individual or a room of one hundred. Larger audiences might require that you utilize an independent speaker system capable of playing the phone’s content. Remember to select a phone line that will not be needed for the entire duration of the webinar and ideally will not be called by others during the webinar.
Venue – Reserve a venue capable of accommodating your audience size. The venue should allow audience members to comfortably view a screen for an extended period of time. Furthermore, writing space should be provided so that audience members may take notes and utilize their workbooks, depending on your series.
