Session Presenter - Michael Smith
Michael P. Smith is founder and executive director of the Florida Center for Prevention Research in the Institute of Science and Public Affairs at Florida State University. Working with faculty and staff from the Colleges of Communication, Social Science, Education, and the National High Magnetic Field Laboratory, Florida State University was awarded $20 million in Florida Department of Health contracts and grants. He currently serves as principal investigator on contracts and grants supporting education and training programs for the Florida Department of Health, Florida's Office of Drug Control, and the U.S. Department of Education Office of Elementary and Secondary Education.
