Presenter - Jeff Dayton
Jeff Dayton’s passion for technology began over twenty years ago with specialized work for the Air Force on mainframes. He then migrated to the private sector to assist several companies in developing networks, software training, and programming. His interest in educating students and assisting schools with utilizing cutting-edge technologies led him to accept the position of Director of Technology at Madeira School in McLean, Virginia. Among his many contributions to the school, Jeff recently implemented a complete, campus-wide Cisco VOIP system for Madeira.
Holding numerous industry certifications including Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) certification in Microsoft Windows NT and 2000, a Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) credential for Microsoft Exchange, and a Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification, Jeff continues to stay current with the ever updating world of technology by participating in numerous courses and programs to keep up with the latest research and changes in his field. His experience and expertise are highly sought after by schools and communities wanting to adopt savvy uses of technology for both educational purposes and streamlining everyday operations.
