Colin Callahan served in both criminal and civil divisions during his time as a federal prosecutor for the Western District of Pennsylvania. His broad experience includes representing clients in complex matters, involving allegations of health care fraud, False Claims Act violations, public corruption, and government contracting fraud. During his time as a federal prosecutor, Colin served as the Affirmative Civil Enforcement Coordinator for the U.S. Attorney’s Office.
Before entering private practice, he clerked at both the trial and appellate court levels for the Honorable James S. Gwin of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio and the Honorable D. Brooks Smith of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. Colin graduated cum laude at the University of Dayton with a B.A. in Political Science and magna cum laude from the Georgetown University Law Center with a Juris Doctor degree.
