COS makes personal safety accessible and fun to learn, conquering the fear behind its need. We get participants looking and walking with confidence, prepared to take on city streets and campus parties. Our high-energy presenters use their extensive experience in law enforcement, corporate security and campus safety to engage groups with verbal and physical exercises enabling participants to experience the power they never knew they had!
