Meet Farhan Manjiyani
Speaker on Male Sexual Trauma & Founder of f13i Consulting

Pronouns: he/him/his
Farhan Manjiyani is the founder of f13i Consulting and a leader in pricing and competitive strategy at Grafana Labs. Proudly identifying as an Ismaili Muslim with deep roots in the South Asian community, his advocacy as a male survivor of childhood sexual assault emerged publicly after private healing and reflection. After carrying his pain for 20 years, Farhan consciously committed to living bravely and authentically, sharing his experiences publicly. His vision is to be a permission slip for survivors – especially men of color – to reclaim their narratives through storytelling and open dialogue.
Farhan’s advocacy actively dismantles barriers to healing by confronting societal stigmas and cultural taboos that prevent men from speaking out. As a renowned public speaker, he leverages his powerful voice on platforms like the Dear Katie podcast, Chai Time radio, and supports organizations like Daya, TAASA, and AFSSA. Throughout his work, Farhan compels audiences to engage with vital conversations around male sexual trauma. Beyond speaking, Farhan drives tangible change; he successfully spearheaded a campaign that raised tens of thousands of dollars in just 10 days for Asian Family Support Services of Austin, including renovating a serenity room for survivors.
Farhan also leverages his professional expertise in pricing and negotiation to support solopreneurs and nonprofits in expanding their impact fairly. Farhan also leads ‘AI for good’ workshops for nonprofits to walk through creative use cases of AI in the nonprofit context.
