Teresa is the principle owner of Teresa Freeman Associates. TFA is an organization that is focused on strengthening soft skills including communication (written and verbal), interviewing, brand creation, and presentation. Teresa has over 25 years of human resources experience. She has held roles specializing in college recruiting, performance management, learning and coaching.

As an HR leader and executive at Amazon, Deloitte, and IBM, she has witnessed students and less experienced professionals progress, or struggle based on their soft skill abilities. Through individual coaching and group workshops and speaking engagements, Teresa’s students and audience develop key skills to help them grow personally as well as improve performance at school and work. Additionally, Teresa hosts a popular podcast with a global audience titled REAL-ATABLE in which she talks to a variety of guests, teen through adult, across several industries about navigating the non- linear path of career and life.
