Wanda is the Founder and CEO of WE, LLC Consulting Solutions, a woman owned small business that specializes consulting in Learning Strategy, Instructional Design, eLearning, Coaching, Training and Facilitation. Wanda is a speaker and the author of five books.

Wanda’s career landscape has moved from Network Engineer, to Asst. Professor to being the founder and CEO of her own business. Wanda is a Certified Virtual Trainer, Adobe Captivate Specialist, a Certified Culture Facilitator, a Certified Diversity & Belonging Facilitator and a certified EQ-I 2.0/360 Coach. She also holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Hampton University. She holds a Graduate Certificate in Leadership Development for Minority Managers and Leadership in Technology Integration. Additionally, Wanda also has her Master of Education, all from Johns Hopkins University.
